All students need support in social emotional learning (SEL). Teaching students how to master their own emotional regulation and demonstrate empathy can be found in the Second Step curriculum. This program is for all students in the classroom and can be taught as a whole group lesson in just 30-40 minutes per week. This session is geared toward K-8 grade teachers and administrators. We will focus on how to use the Second Step Curriculum that is available at all FSD schools.
